My name is Kimberly Rees. I am currently the Elementary Principal and Guidance Counselor at Austin Area School District. I have worked at Austin for 15 years. I received my B.A. in Psychology from IUP in 1991and my M.Ed in school counseling in 1994 from Penn State. I also have a M.Ed in Curriculum and Instruction from Gannon University. I received my Principal Certification from Edinboro. I live in Austin with my husband and two children, Garrett (9) and Katie (3). I am taking this class to become more familiar with technology that I can use to help my teachers and my students take a giant leap into the 21st Century.
